<p>PURPOSE:To enable to cut, separate a rubber ingot efficiently by a simple structure, by providing a plurality of cutters and composing the table on which the rubber ingot is placed rotatively. CONSTITUTION:By placing an ingot (I) on a turntable 8, extending the rod 4a by loading a hydraulic pressure to a first cylinder 4 by an operation part and pushing the blade 6a of a first cutter 6 into the ingot (I), a cutting beings. When the first cutter 6 descends by nearly a half of its stroke, the second cylinder 5 being loaded by a hydraulic pressure, the rod 5a being extended, the second cutter 7 begins the cutting outside from the cutting position of the first cutter 6. When the first cutter 6 moves to its lowest end and divides the ingot I into three pieces, pieces of both sides to the central ingot piece (i1) are restricted to move in right and left directions by the second cutter 7 intruded in both sides pieces, so the right and left ingot pieces i3, i5 and i2, i4 do not jump sideways in time of cutting the ingot (I) by the first cutter 6, a cutting operation can be continued.</p> |
