A dispenser for consumer product packaging is disclosed,the dispenser including a removable region(125,380) of the packaging creating a product opening upon removal, a reinforcement surface (130, 230) overlaying the removable region, a disposable adhesive label (150, 250) for initially opening the package by removalof the removable region of the packaging and reinforcement surface, and a duratile enclosure, the duratile enclosure (160, 170,270) bonded to the product packaging and resealable to allow access and preservation of a consumer product such as interleaved tissues (212, 214) in the packaging after initial opening.
