A process for obtaining mono sodium glutamate is presented. Thus, crystallized MSG in vessel (1), which was maintained to opt. temp. and opt. pressure to crystallize MSG, was recycled by circulating pump (3) with the mother broth (2) and the part of MSG was obtained as a final product by discharge line (5). The remaining part mixed with the mother broth was recycled to the vessel (1) after heating to the proper temp. through heating line (6). |
