ARMATURE WINDING COOLING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor cooling structure that can be simplified in a structure with a manifold being arranged therein. SOLUTION: The manifold is constituted of a single manifold 1 so that a metallic cooling pipe 3 and the metallic manifold 1 are annularly arranged. An insulating component constituted of an electrically insulated material is arranged between the cooling pipe 3 and the manifold 1, and at least either of both ends of the cooling pipe 3 and the manifold 1 are electrically insulated.
