PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a house information panel user-friendly and to prevent an indoor conversation or the like from leaking completely. SOLUTION: A microphone 1 and a speaker 2 are turned on/off by an operation of a speech button 16, and the house information panel 10 that can perform speech with an outdoor speech device 30 in a hands-free state when the microphone 1 and the speaker are turned on includes a hold button 6a and a control means 8, and when the hold button 6a is depressed under a speech state, the control means 8 turns off at least the microphone 1 so as to prevent an indoor conversation or the like from leaking to the outside.
