PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM diversity receiver in which only a circuit required for the operation of a semiconductor circuit for demodulation is loaded, packaging efficiency is enhanced, and an increase in the entire packaging volume is avoided. SOLUTION: There are provided a first semiconductor circuit 3 for demodulation in a plurality of stage having a fast Fourier transform section 5, and signal synthesizers 7, 8; and a second semiconductor circuit 4 for demodulation in a single stage having a Fourier transform section 6 and an error correction section 9. A different signal receiver 2 is connected to each first semiconductor circuit 3 for demodulation and a second semiconductor circuit 4 for demodulation, A baseband signal obtained from a reception signal at each signal receiver 2 is supplied to the Fourier transform sections 5, 6 each. A conversion signal obtained by the Fourier transform of the baseband signal by respective Fourier transform sections 5, 6 is synthesized at the signal synthesizers 7, 8 of the first semiconductor circuit for demodulation each for forming a synthesization conversion signal.
