PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing circuit which reduces an influence of nonlinearity from a switching element when a discrete time signal is processed at a high speed, and which performs highly precise analog signal processing. SOLUTION: The signal processing circuit includes a switched capacitor circuit 41, and source follower circuits 42, 43 connected to input and output sides of this, respectively. The switched capacitor circuit 41 has a MOS transistor M41, a capacitor C1 and n-type MOS transistors M42, M43. That is, auxiliary MOS transistors M42, M43 are disposed at both ends of the MOS transistor M41. And, these both MOS transistors M43, M43 absorb charges emitted from the source and drain sides of the MOS transistor M41 at the time of the MOS transistor M41. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
