PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile wireless apparatus and a call termination operating method thereof, capable of surely informing a user about the arrival of a particular call, regardless of the setting of call termination operations in general. SOLUTION: The mobile wireless apparatus is provided with at least a telephone directory memory for storing telephone directory information; an input operation section for inputting information of a caller, such as a name, a telephone number, and an electronic mail address and settings related to call termination operations to the telephone directory memory; and a control section that collates a telephone number and an electronic mail address of a caller at the arrival of an incoming call with those in the telephone directory memory, reads call termination operations, set in advance, with respect to the telephone number and the electronic mail address, and controls operation of a plurality of call termination notice means, such as a speaker, a vibrator and a call receiving lamp according to the call termination operations, and the mobile wireless apparatus stores settings for overall call termination operations and which of the call termination operations set to each telephone number and each electronic mail address has priority, to the telephone directory memory, and the control section controls the call termination operations according to the settings.
