FIELD: medicine, oral surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to make mandibular and maxillary molds to cast gypsum models; upon models one should prepare the plates being of S-shaped form: inferior part of this plate corresponds to dental contour with alveolar process, as for superior part of the plate it should be curved wing-shapely. The plate should be applied so, that its wing to round the wound. Foramens should be made in the plate at the level of interdental spaces, through which the plates should be fixed towards mandibular and/or maxillary alveolar process. The innovation enables to reliably isolate facial soft tissues against oral cavity and accelerate wound healing. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 7 dwg |
