Process for reheating a fluid 45 by using heat energy at low heat level, present in a heat transfer fluid 34, characterised in that it consists in removing the heat energy from the heat transfer fluid 34, in subjecting the heat energy thus removed to the action of one or more successive compressions 38, 24, one 24 of these compressions being that used in a cycle for concentrating a liquid product, this cycle comprising one or more successive evaporation stages 1, 2, the vapour produced at at least one evaporation stage being compressed 24 before being used as heating vapour for the evaporation stage from which the said evaporation vapour to be compressed originates or an evaporation stage 1 preceding the latter, in removing 47 heat energy from the concentration cycle and in transferring 46 the heat energy thus removed to the fluid to be reheated 45. <IMAGE> |
