Accuracy of the solar and lunar position: 1 arc second. All technical and physical data can be called up using panels which can be switched over in each case; data such as geographical longitude and latitude of the central line, eclipse duration etc. Solar rotation with sporadically occurring sun spots. In addition: grids of parallels and meridians, city names which can be called up, 4 enlargements and two extensions of the celestial segment with stars and planets (inform. by means of switching on) and reproduction of all the passes of mercury and venus. The space globe is self-explanatory. The accompanying text contains historical solar eclipses, which can be reproduced by inputting date and time, as well as extensive explanations of the production of the eclipses, sun spots and more.
