<p>The present invention relates to a warp carcass for tires for bicycles in general and, in particular, for sports and race bicycles, characterized in that it comprises at least two cross-plies, formed from layers having exclusively warp threads. The plies consist of a plurality of threads, arranged with an adjoining relationship and mutually pressed so as to assume a substantially elliptical cross-section shape.
