<p>A carpet scrubbing machine includes a solution tank (15) for storing cleaning solution and a recovery tank (16) for storing the dirty recovered solution. A molded , shaped flexible pocket (44) is mounted between the tanks (15,16) and adapted for movement between a normal position in which the pocket (44) extends into the recovery tank (16) and an inverted position in which the pocket (44) extends into the solution tank (15), thereby providing more room for cleaning solution at the start of a cycle and greater room for recovered solution at the end of a cycle.</p> |
