A method for transferring heat between, on the one hand, liquid media and, on the other hand, media which are likewise liquid or solid bodies. In the method, a liquid medium guided in a flowing fashion is applied on all sides to the solid body or to a container (vessel) holding the liquid medium or, instead of this, to a line conveying this liquid medium when the latter is moved in a flowing fashion. A prescribed proportion of a gaseous medium is constantly admixed with said first-named liquid medium.
