<p>PURPOSE:To protect a copyright by providing a means to hold the remainder of the payed amount of a cost to a reproducing, decreasing the remainder based on reproduced information and prohibiting the reproducing when the remainder goes to zero or a constant minus. CONSTITUTION:An electric signal from a reproducing head 41, which detects a signal to be recorded on a tape T, is amplified by a reproducing amplifier 43 and inputted through a waveform shaping circuit 45 to a demodulating circuit 47 and an auxiliary recording signal decoder 49. In this auxiliary recording signal decoder 49, the information of the copyright or time data, etc., besides a voice signal are decoded and the data concerning the copyright are inputted to an IC card processor 53. A reproducable degree number, which is recorded to the internal counter of an IC card 55, is decreased at every reproducing and when the reproducable degree number goes to zero or the constant minus, a motor 63 for tape traveling is stopped. Thus, the copyright can be protected from the personal abuse of a copy.</p> |
