NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I {Ar is aryl or heteroaryl; A is alkylene; Q is >CHNH2, >C=NOH, >CH(OH), >C=O, or >CH2; Y is 0R (R is H or alkyl) or NH<1>R<2> [R<1> and R<2> are R, aralkyl or group shown by formula II (R<3> and R<4> are R<1> or R<2>; B=A) or Y and N form 5-7-membered heterocyclic ring]} or an acid addition salt thereof. EXAMPLE:4-Hydroxyimino-4-{4-{4-[4-3-methylphenyl)piperazin-1-yl]butyl} phenyl} butyric acid. USE:A drug having increasing action coronary blood stream and antihistaminic action and useful as a remedy for heart diseases and antiallergic agent and a synthetic intermediate for a compound shown by formula III, a psychophermaceu tioal for depression. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula IV is reacted with a compound shown by formula V (X is halogen or reactive derivetive of alcohol; R' is alkyl) to give a compound shown by formula I where Q is >C=O and Y=OR'. |
