摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a functional multilayer structure by stacking and integrating elastomers rich in rigidity and elasticity in a state high in mutual chemical bondability, by appropriately controlling both softness and rigidity by an arbitrary combination of specific polyol with specific diisocyanate. CONSTITUTION:A dental polyurethane elastomer is obtained by the reactivity of at least one kind of polyol selected from polycarbonate polyol, polybutadiene polyol and polysiloxane diol with non-aromatic diisocyanate as diisocyanate. By the selection of polyol reduced in an ester bond, good hydrolysis resistance is imparted to the elastomer and strength under weak acidic and weak alkaline conditions can be improved. Since the elastomer can be made hydrophobic by the use of polyol, contamination can be reduced. Since a reaction stop state is created by adjusting a NCO ratio when a multilayer structure is formed using the elastomer and this elastomer chemically strongly bonded to and integrated with a prepolymer for constituting other layer having an OH or NH2 group, bonding can be performed by cast molding.</p>
