PURPOSE:To solidify electrolyte solution to facilitate handling and prevent liquid leak by letting a specified high water absorption resin absorb the nonaqueous electrolyte solution. CONSTITUTION:Nonaqueous electrolyte solution is absorbed in high water absorption resin of polyethylene oxide modified matter base obtained by reaction of polyethylene oxide with mono- or poly-isocyanate compound. Usage quantity of the mono- or poly-isocyanate compound shall be 0.01-5wt.%, or preferably 0.05-2wt.% to polyethylene oxide. The nonaqueous electrolyte solution shall consist of electrolyte dissolved in nonaqueous solution of carbonic ester, gamma- butyrolactone, etc. For the carbonic ester, ethylene carbonate, propylene carbonate, etc., shall be used, and for the electrolyte, LiClO4, LiBF4, etc., shall be used. |
