PURPOSE:To simply obtain a dangerless disposal place, etc., by a method in which an inorganic water-proof layer is formed on the surface of a cement mortar layer on the side of a hole, a water-tight synthetic resin sheet is covered on the surface of the uprising part of the cement mortar layer, and then an organic water-proof layer is provided. CONSTITUTION:A cement mortar layer 3 is formed on the side of a hole 1, and an inorganic water-proof layer 7 is provided on the surface of the cement mortar layer 3. On the other hand, a water-tight synthetic resin sheet 5 is covered on the uprising part of the cement mortar layer 3 close to the bottom of the hole, and an organic water-proof layer 6 is provided on the whole upper edge part of the sheet 5 including the cement mortar layer 3 leading to the upper part of the edge part. Even when the toxic liquid for pablic health or industrial wastes containing toxic components are disposed of or temporarily stored in a large hole, water-tight covering coat to prevent the leaching of the toxic liquids, etc., to the environments can be obtained. |
