<p>PURPOSE:To improve a circular polarizing rate and to eliminate the directional dependency of a working quality, cutting width and max. working speed by taking the structure of adjusting the inclination of a polarizing mirror by turning a push bolt. CONSTITUTION:Plural push bolts 13 are inserted by screwing to the specified place of the fitted flange part 6a of a block body 6 so that the tip may abut to a horizontal adjusting plate 9. By adjusting the projecting amt. of the tip of the push bolt 13 by turning its tip the fitting angle of the block body 6 is adjusted and the incident angle of a laser light onto a polarizing mirror 5 is adjusted. The circular polarizing rate is thus improved with the laser light incident angle being corrected and the directional dependency of the working quality, cutting width and max. working speed can be eliminated.</p> |
