Permanent superconductors are made by carrying out recrystallisation or solidification processes such as sintering, baking, calcining, polymerisation, etc., in a strong homogeneous electric field or with the supply of electrical energy. The superconductors are made e.g. from Al-Co-Ti mixts., Cu-Nd-B mixts., or Ag-Sm-Co mixts. Other disclosed materials are conductive polymers based on iodine and polyacetate, whereby polymerisation is carried out in a strong homogeneous electrostatic field to give the polymer permanent superconductive properties in the direction of the electrostatic field.
|
