PURPOSE:To improve durability by using polyphenylsulfide resin with a specific heat-resistant temperature as a resin for insulating yoke and copper wire. CONSTITUTION:The PPS(polyphenylsulfite resin) 3 is used as a resin for insulating a yoke 1 and a copper wire 2. The PPS 3 has a high heat-resistant temperature of 250 to 330 deg.C and its mechanical strength, thermal expansion coefficient, and volume resistivity are nearly equal to those of epoxy resin so that it is optimum for resin for insulating magnetizing yoke. Thus, use of this PPS as a resin for insulating yoke and copper wire will give a magnetizing yoke which is superb in durability. |
