摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the number of manufacturing processes by feeding the oxidizing gas to the cathode side in opposite directions in sequence for each cell and feeding the fuel gas to the anode side in the same direction for each cell so that the oxidizing gas end the fuel gas flowing across a tile are made parallel flows and counter flows in turn for each cell. CONSTITUTION:The oxidizing gas OG fed to the cathode 2 side is fed in opposite directions in sequence for each cell, and the fuel gas FG fed to the anode side is fed in the same direction for each cell so that the oxidizing gas OG and the fuel gas FG flowing across a tile 1 are made parallel flows and counter flows in turn for each cell. The oxidizing gas OG and the fuel gas FG flowing across the tile 1 become parallel flows for the every other layer of laminated cells, the oxidizing gas OG itself flows in opposite directions for each layer, thus the sufficient cooling effect can be exerted. Since the fuel gas FG flows in the same direction for each cell 1, only a pair of fuel gas FG feeding and discharging flow holes 6 and 8 are required to be provided, and no flow hole to feed the fuel gas in the opposite direction is required.
