发明名称 MEASUREMENT OF INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF VULCANIZED OBJECT AND CONTROL OF TIRE VULCANIZATION
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure accurately the internal temperature of a tire as well as to control exactly a tire vulcanization, by estimating said temperature from the temperature measured in the boundary between a mold unit and the tire and that measured in the center post assembly of a bladder unit. CONSTITUTION:A first temperature at least at one point in or near the boundary between a mold unit 7 and the tire is measured by means of first temperature sensors 4a-4c, during a tire vulcanization. A second temperature at the center bladder unit 8 is measured by means of second temperature sensors 5a during the tire vulcanization. The internal temperature distribution is calculated from the first and second temperatures and the distribution of degree of vulcanization on the inside of the tire is estimated. From said distribution, the minimum degree of vulcanization is detected, and according to it the timing to stop the heat supply form a vulcanizer is determined. In this way, the internal temperature of the tire can be accurately determined. Thus, it is possible to estimate very accurately the vulcanizing state in the tire and vulcanize the tire in the best condition.
