The machine contains pipe-forming rollers which are arranged to form a half tubular space, and flexible pipe-forming belts e.g. chain rollers are provided to form a half tubular space matched with that tubular space, so as to form a tubular space. A hoop is spirally bent to form a spiral pipe. The spiral pipe is then inserted into a sewage pipe,
