MULTICHANNEL DRIVE CIRCUIT

摘要

To provide a multichannel drive circuit capable of driving the load of each channel constituting a load array for all the channels under a uniform condition even if the circuit characteristics of the channels including the current source differ from one another attributed to the semiconductor manufacturing process. A multichannel drive circuit comprises a channel-to-channel common connection line (5) for electrically interconnecting the current paths of the channels connecting the current sources of the channels constituting a current source array (11) to the input switches of the channels constituting an input switch array (13) and current-blocking means (12) for blocking the output currents from the current sources of the channels the input switches of which are off out of the channels from flowing to the channel-to-channel common connection line.
