PURPOSE:To improve the handling and transfer properties of a photosensitive material by specifying the particle size of a microcapsule to a relatively small particle size. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive material contains silver halide, a reducing agent and a polymerizable compd. And, at least the polymerizable compd. among said components has a photosensitive layer which is accommodated within the microcapsule. In this case, the microcapsule has a mean particle size of a range of 2.0-9.5mum, and the photosensitive layer is incorporated in the microcapsule in an amount of a range of 0.5-11.0g/m<2> converted into the solid matter of the microcapsule. Thus, the photosensitive layer stable in configuration and also in strength is formed. And, said material can be easily transferred without applying a prescribed large pressure. |
