PURPOSE: To reduce an expelling force and to reduce a returning time or cycle time of a distributor by providing an upper edge part of an upper tube of a deformable pumping member with an annular end edge, and forming an expel ling valve with a flexible disk. CONSTITUTION: An edge of an upper tube 41 of a pumping member 39 comprises an annular end edge 42 vertical to the longitudinal direction of a distributor 38 and a member 39, and the end edge 42 is located immediately under the inside 43 of an outlet part 27 of an expelling duct 26 to form the valve seats of the expelling valves 42, 44. The valve comprises a flexible disk 44 as a flap on the outside of a central zone, and a periphery of the disk 44 is continuously supported by the end edge 42 through a rod 45 fixed on a bottom of a supporting web 250 of an actuator 160. This expelling valve has a considerable effect on the reduction of the expelling force. By thinning the deformable web, the remarkable increase of the returning time can be cancelled and prevented. |
