PRODUCTION OF METAL OXIDE PARTICLES

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject particles stably maintaining satisfactory characteristics by converting metal ceramic particles or metal ceramic-based particles having a specified particle size into aerosol and by calcining the aerosol. CONSTITUTION:A metal salt soln. contg. a resin compsn. as required is sprayed from a nozzle and dried to obtain metal ceramic particles or metal ceramic- based particles having 1-60<6>nm particle size. The particles are converted into aerosol by dispersion in a flow of hot gas and the aerosol is calcined at 500-2,000 deg.C.
