PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent assembly characteristic and high sealing performance of a bearing by dividing a sealing structure into an outer circumference side member and an inner circumference side member and forming the one member in a nearly slinger-like L letter shape as well as arranging a seal lip made of an elastic body for making sliding contact in radial direction with the nearly L letter shape on the outer part. CONSTITUTION:When a rolling bearing B is assembled, an outer circumference side member A1 is put on an outer race B3 as well as an inner circumference side member A2 is inserted inside an inner race B1 loosely in advance. Thereafter, the inner/outer races B1, B3 are off-centered from each other so as to allow inertion of a rolling body B2. At this time, as the outer/inner circumference side members A1, A2 permit assembling eccentric amount of the inner race B1, any big force which disturbs this eccentricity does not act and the rolling body B2 can be arranged very easily. Therefore, the seal lip 1 extending in an axial direction also does not receive any strong force from the other part. From this status, the inner circumference side member A2 inserted in the inner race B1 loosely is fitted to the regular position of the inner race B1, then a sealing body A is completed. |
