PURPOSE:To effectively utilize coal ashes by blowing the coal ashes from any of blowing openings and oven-top blowing openings into an oven together with a powder. CONSTITUTION:Massive coals and cokes are incorporated from an introduction opening 5 of an oven 1. Gases produced in the oven are discharged successively through a discharge opening 7. From either of blowing openings 2 and 3, a high-temperature nonflammable gas is blown together with coal ashes. The coal ashes which have been melt-treated and changed into a slag in the oven 1 reside in the hearth of the oven, and then are discharged through a discharge opening 4. Owing to this, slag forming and damages of refractory materials can be prevented. |
