Consists of a single piece in an elastic material. A ring 1 having on part of its external face a figurative component 2 with two rows of elastic teeth 3 and 4 created by a very thin slot 5 crossing the material. The two corners of the napkin which are behind the user's head after the napkin has been placed around the neck are forced between the teeth 3 and 4. Under the effect of the elastic reaction of the material of which they are made the teeth 3 and 4 firmly hold the two corners of the napkin captive and it is thus held in place. <IMAGE>
