PURPOSE:To produce ceramic superconductive at high temp. and exhibiting high superconducting phenomenon at a temp. close to room temp. by substituting ions of plural kinds of alkaline earth metals other than Ba for Ba<++> in Y-Ba-Cu- O ceramic. CONSTITUTION:Ions of two or more kinds of alkaline earth metals such as Be<++>, Mg<++>, Ca<++> and Sr<++> are substd. for Ba<++> in Y-Ba-Cu-O ceramics and the synthesized ceramic is annealed in an inert gas. Superconductive ceramic having stable Meissner effect at high temp. is obtd. |
