<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent assembly characteristic and high sealing performance of a bearing by dividing a sealing structure into a first sealing body on the outer diameter side and a second sealing body on the inner diameter side and arranging a seal lip making sliding contact with the one or both sealing bodies each other. CONSTITUTION:When a rolling bearing B is assembled, a first sealing body A1 is fixed on an outer race B3 as well as a second sealing body A2 is inserted inside an inner race B1 loosely in advance. Thereafter, the inner/outer races B1, B3 are off/centered so as to allow insertion of a rolling body B2. At this time, as the first sealing body A1 permits an eccentric amount of the inner race B1, the rolling body B2 can be arranged easily without acting any big force which can obstruct this eccentricity. A seal lip 1 formed on the first sealing body A1 or the second sealing body A2 also does not receive any strong force from the other part. The second sealing body A2 inserted in the inner race B1 loosely is moved from this status to the regular position of the inner race B1 and installed rotatably on the shaft. In this sealing body, a good contact shape and proper contact pressure are maintained on the seal lip 1.</p> |
