FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: tool for pipe ends expansion, which consists of tail piece and working part of tool that is made in the form of roller with inlet cylindrical section, forming section, which is made as reciprocal to form of pipe expanded section, and support part. Mentioned roller is installed in bearing supports with the possibility of rotation in tail piece bore. At that roller rotation axis is installed at an angle to axis of tail piece rotation and crosses it in the point that is located in the plane of roller inlet cylindrical section end, which is installed perpendicularly to roller axis. At that diameter of inlet cylindrical section of roller is calculated by formula that considers internal diameter of pipe and angle of roller rotation axis to tailpiece rotation axis. ^ EFFECT: technological resources are expanded. ^ 5 dwg |
