It relates to a fixing tab 20 which includes a base part 21 by which it can be securely fastened to any support 13 whatsoever. According to the invention, this fixing tab 20 is formed of two separate fasteners 23 which are adapted jointly to clamp the support 13 in question, and each of which has two flanges, namely a first flange 24 forming half the base part, via which they can bear on this support 13, each respectively on two opposite sides of the latter, thereby jointly forming the corresponding base part 21, and a second flange 25, and the latter flange includes clip-in means which, in interaction with the other one bearing on the support 13, are suitable for mutually securely fastening the two fasteners 23 with respect to one another. Application, particularly, to fixing linings suitable for supporting any covering whatsoever. <IMAGE>
