摘要 |
PURPOSE:To prevent oxygen deficiency and to produce a superconductor having a high critical temp. with high reproducibility by carrying out sintering and annealing stages for an oxide superconductive material in an atmosphere of oxygen plasma. CONSTITUTION:When a YBa2Cu3Oy superconductive material is produced from powders of Y2O3, BaCO3 and CuO, sintering and annealing stages are carried out in an atmosphere of oxygen plasma at 0.6-1.2Torr degree of vacuum. The flow rate of oxygen is regulated to 10-45sccm (at the time of 500W input) and an IR heater is used as a heating source. Sintering and annealing can be performed with little oxygen deficiency and such a high critical temp. Tc as about 95K is attained with high reproducibility. |
