<p>PURPOSE:To detect acceleration as variation in electric resistance value by providing a pendulum type movable part which moves according to the acceleration and varying the intensity of a magnetic field operating on the magneto- resistance element of a detection part by the pendulum movable part corresponding to the acceleration. CONSTITUTION:The weight 3 of the pendulum movable part slants at a constant angle to its moving direction and a peripheral surface part 3a extends slantingly to the moving direction X. Therefore, when the peripheral surface part 3a in a state shown by a solid line moves in the moving direction X and enters a state shown by an imaginary line, it leaves the magneto-resistance element 6b and comes close to the magneto-resistance element 6a. When the peripheral surface made of a magnetic body moves from the state I shown by the solid line to the state II shown by the imaginary line, the intensity of the magnetic field produced by a magnet 8 becomes weak on the side of a magneto-resistance element 6b where the peripheral surface part 3a moves away. Therefore, the potential between terminals B and C varies.</p> |
