PURPOSE:To enhance color reproducibility and to obtain a color image which compares favorably to a color photograph formed by the general photographic paper printing by repeating a stage for sintering a pigment for decorating firing by a required color plate plural times. CONSTITUTION:This production process is provided with a stage for forming a photopolymer layer 2 consisting of a photopolymer having a self-adhesive photosensitive paper or nonphotosensitive part to the surface of a pottery plate 1, a stage for forming the light image formed by a negative or positive photographic original plate 3 on the surface of said layer 2 and exposing the same, a stage for spraying and sticking the powdery pigment 4 for decorating firing having required color tones on the photopolymer layer 2 after the exposing and a stage for firing the pottery plate 1 by a kiln, removing the photopolymer by incineration or evaporation and firing the pigment 4 for decorating firing to the surface of the pottery plate 1. The stage for sintering the pigment 4 for decorating firing by the required color plate is repeated plural times in this case. The color formation approximate to natural color formation as a whole is thereby attained and the merchandise which compares favorably to the ordinary color photograph is obtd. with the good reproducibility. |
