The invention relates to a catch for doors. It comprises a fixed cylinder 2, a slide 4 housed so as to slide in the cylinder and capable of engaging with a catch piece and disengaging therefrom, a spring 7 compressed between the slide and the cylinder, a feeler 7 one end of which is received in a cam groove 6 formed in one surface of the slide, the spring 5 constituting a means for return inside the fixed cylinder for pushing back a feeling part 27 of the feeler against the bottom of the groove. The fixed cylinder, the slide and the feeler are pieces which are respectively moulded from plastic. Field of application: doors of furniture, cabinets, etc. <IMAGE>
