PURPOSE: To easily exchange a reel by accommodating a feed reel and a wind-up reel, in an exchange cassette, and mounting a holding and receiving part surrounding a supporting/positioning pin fixed by a casing, and a holding body for inhibiting the rotation of the cassette. CONSTITUTION: Both casing parts 2a, 2b are opened and rotated to insert an exchange cassette 4 into a casing part 2a, and a casing is closed and locked by a closing lever 5. A receiving part 12a of the cassette 4 is inserted and fixed in a positioning pin 11 of the casing. Both side plates 4a, 4b of the cassette 4 are held by each other through a holding web 15. A scraping member 16 is pressed till a projection 18 reaches a stopper 19 mounted on a holding and receiving part 12, a film is transferred to a substrate by moving a device to the substrate, and a support sheet 23 is wound off from a feeding reel 20 and wound up by a wind-up reel 22. |
