PURPOSE: To prevent an output signal from being affected by any reset pulse by preventing a bus extension and a reset bus from crossing a floating defusion bus. CONSTITUTION: A reset bus 32 is provided at an opposite side to floating defusion(FD) 18A and 18B viewed from reset gates 28A and 28B, and a bus extension 34 is allowed to pass on a channel stop area 4 between the two FD18A and 18B respectively provided on channels 2A and 2B. Thus, FD buses 20A and 20B are not allowed to cross the reset bus 32 or the bus extension 34 so that capacitive coupling between the reset bus and the FD bus can be extremely weak. Thus, even when a relatively high voltage and high frequency pulse is impressed to the reset bus, any noise can be hardly generated on the FD bus.
