发明名称 OIL PASSAGE STRUCTURE FOR CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the ability of mounting to a vehicle, by a method wherein a part of an oil passage through which a drive pulley working pressure oil passage on the casing body side is connected to the oil pressure chamber of a driven pulley is formed with a pipe mounted to a side cover. CONSTITUTION:A part of an oil passage through which working oil is guided to an oil pressure chamber 16c of a driven pulley 16 is formed with a pipe 60 installed to a side cover 30c. The pipe 60 can be arranged in a manner to extend through an unused space between the inner wall of the side cover 30c and a drive pulley 14 of a continuously variable transmission. Thus, an oil passage formed by forming a hole 58 in the side cover 30c may be only a part connected to both ends of the pipe 60, and the side cover 30c is prevented from external expansion. This constitution reduces the axial size of the continuously variable transmission, especially the size of the location part of the driven pulley 16, and improves the ability of mounting to a vehicle.
