The invention relates to starch-containing raw material, in particular corn, processing engineering for producing a syrup, glucose-fructose syrup etc and can be used in the syrup branch of the food industry. The inventive method consists in preparing a suspension, in fermentatively diluting it by an a-amylase, in filtering for separating precipitate at a temperature equal to or higher than a starch gelatinisation temperature, in fermentatively saccharifying the filtered syrup, wherein said fermentative dilution is carried out with the aid of an additional a-amylase, and in cooking the suspension. The purification is carried out at a temperature equal to or higher than a starch gelatinisation. The invention improves the starch quality. |
