FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: ceramic mixture for making acid-proof tiles consists of high-melting clay, chamotte from high-melting clay with coarseness of 0.5-1.0 mm, chamotte from high-melting clay with coarseness of 1.0-2.0 mm and a mixture of slag from smelting white and grey iron, containing Al2O3 at a percentage mass ratio of 19.06, with the following percentage mass ratios of components: high-melting clay - 40-70%; mixture of slag from smelting white and grey iron, consisting of 19.06% Al2O3 - 10-25%; chamotte from high-melting clay with 0.5-1.0 mm size of the fraction - 10-20%; chamotte from high-melting clay with 1-2 mm size of the fraction - 10-15%. ^ EFFECT: increased acid-resistance of the product. ^ 3 tbl |
