A package comprises a substrate (12) and the following features:
at least a first (14) and a second surface portion (16) of the substrate (12) are sealed to each other,
a third surface portion (18) adjacent the first surface portion (14) is at least partially covered with a coating (20),
a bonding force between the coating (20) and the substrate (12) has a first value,
a fourth surface portion (22) adjacent the second surface portion (16) is only partially covered with an adhesive (24),
a bonding force between the adhesive (24) and the substrate (12) as well as the coating (20), respectively, has a second and a third value, respectively, both the second and third value being greater than the first value,
a colour of the coating (20) is different than a colour of the third surface portion (18) and/or the fourth surface portion (22) and/or the adhesive (24),
the coating (20) and the adhesive (24) are at least partially in contact with each other, so that separating the fourth surface portion (22) from the third surface portion (18) will at least partially remove the coating (20) from the third surface portion (18). A food product is packaged with such a package. A method for producing a packaging material or for packaging a food product, in particular a confectionary product, comprises the steps of:
covering at least a first and a second surface portion of a substrate with a sealant,
covering a third surface portion adjacent the first surface portion with a coating, a bonding force between the coating and the substrate having a first value,
covering only a part of a fourth surface portion adjacent the second surface portion with an adhesive, a bonding force between the adhesive and the substrate as well as the coating, respectively, having a second and a third value, respectively, both the second and the third value being higher than the first value, and a colour of the coating being different than a colour of the third and/or fourth surface portion and/or the adhesive. A machine for producing a packaging material or for packaging a food product, in particular a confectionary product, comprises:
a device for covering at least a first and a second surface portion of a substrate with a sealant,
a device for covering a third surface portion adjacent the first surface portion with a coating, a bonding force between the coating and the substrate having a first value,
a device for covering only a part of a fourth surface portion adjacent the second surface portion with an adhesive. A packaging material is produced by the above method and/or device. |
