发明名称 PREVENTING METHOD FROM MICROORGANISM CONTAMINATION THROUGH FERMENTING PROCESS
摘要 In the fermenting process of sisomycin, a kind of aminoglycoside antibiotics, a method for preventing microorganism contamination is presented. Thus, micromonospora inyoensis (KFCC 10188) is cultured in germination medium at 30-35≦̸C for 2-3 days. Fermentation medium containing dextrin, soybean cake and others is added to the cultural broth containing M. inyoensis. The culture broth having 3-20 mcg/ml of gentamicin is fermented at 30-35≦̸C for 5-7 days. 1800-2000 mcg/ml of sisomycin is gained.
