Phosphor compds. of formula (I), useful for antiflaming agent, are prepd. by reacting phenylphosphonic dichloride or its benzene ring substits. with carbo anion compd. having esterforming gp. (rxn. ratio=1:1-2). In the formula, R1=Br or Me; and R3=carboxyl gp., alkylester of C1-7 carboxyl gp., OH; A and B=0 or 1, org. residue; n=0-2 integer.
