An installation structure and an installation method of fence posts are provided to heighten working efficiency for installing a fence quickly and conveniently by fixing a fixing portion to the ground and coupling posts to the fixing portion. An installation structure of fence posts is formed for installing a fence(100) composed of a post installed perpendicular to the ground and a horizontal bar connecting the posts to the wanted place simply and easily by installing many posts to a fixing plate of a fixing portion fixed to the ground and installing a horizontal bar and installing a horizontal bar connecting the posts. An installation method of fence posts comprises the steps of: inserting a fixing portion(130) composed of a fixing member(132) having a fixing plate(134) and an incline(136) to the ground by hammering the upper part of the fixing plate of the fixing portion; coupling a post(110) unified with a fastening portion(120) composed of a fastening plate(122) having a fastening groove(124) coupled to the fixing plate to the fixing plate of the fixing portion by sliding and press-fitting the fastening groove of the post to the fixing plate of the fixing portion; regulating the height of many posts and fixing the lower part of the fixing plate closely to the ground by hammering the upper part of the post coupled to the fixing portion by the fastening portion; and fixing a horizontal bar(140) connecting many posts using a bolt.
