PURPOSE:To obtain a remedy for coronary microvascular embolus, comprising a polypeptide having the same amino acid sequence as that of human superoxide dismutase as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:The above remedy comprising a polypeptide having the same amino acid sequence as that of human superoxide dismutase as an active ingredient. The polypeptide is produced in a unicellular microorganism, which is a unicellular microorganism transformed with recombinant DNA having human copper, zinc type superoxide dismutase in the down stream of character manifestation regulator gene having a positive regulation site and is produced by cultivating the microorganism and collecting the human copper, zinc type SOD accumulated in the culture mixture. |
